RAGI MILKSHAKE:
I learnt this recipe from my best friend whose little girl is a 'little Devil' too. It's such a relief if your kid just drinks this 1 cup of milkshake for breakfast.
My son drinks up this as his wake-up alarm every morning. The ACTUAL alarm clock obviously doesn't work in my favour!!

RAGI MILKSHAKE |
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cooked Ragi porridge
1/4 cup Cashew nuts
1tsp Flax seeds
1/2 cup hot milk, Sugar as required
Method:
For this milkshake I simply use the leftover Ragi porridge "Tizaan" from my fridge. Grind all the ingredients except hot milk and sugar. Grind to paste. Then add the sugar and hot milk. Blend it all until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into your toddler's feeder or into a sipy cup to serve.
Adding flaxseed to your child’s diet can help strengthen and develop their bodies immune defence system. Also being a great source of protein and Omega 3 fatty acids these seeds will keep fatigue away especially while at school where they're most active. So don't skip these rich seeds.
Tip: A great replacement of sugar in Milkshakes for kids is dried fruits like Raisins, Dates even Figs. Try that out!!
